1.What is the difference between 3D ultrasound and 4D ultrasound?

3D is a still image, while 4D adds the dimension of motion.

2.When is the best time to see my baby?

We welcome you to visit Prenatal Imaging throughout your pregnancy, so you can see your baby during different stages. 

• We can see your baby as early as 8 weeks with our Early Sneak Peek Package.  

• We can determine your baby's gender as early as 14 weeks.

• We recommend being 28-34 weeks along for quality 3D/4D imaging.

3. What if you can't determine the gender of my baby? 

If we are unable to determine your baby's gender, we will bring you back at no charge.

4. Can I bring guests?

Absolutely!  We encourage you to invite your family and friends.

 

5. Do you accept insurance? 

No, we do not accept insurance, because this is an elective ultrasound.

6. Can I eat or drink before my appointment?

Yes! We encourage you to eat and drink like normal before your appointment. Having something sugary about 30 min before your appointment can help get baby moving.

7. Does drinking water help? 

Hydration is very important for mom and baby! Not just before your appointment, but throughout the whole pregnancy.  It also makes a huge difference with the clarity of your images.  Drink your water!
